Junior Caeley Vincent voiced her opinion on the recent news since it will affect her class during her graduation year. “Part of me is like it makes people more lazy than they already are for like the maximum credits they need I guess because its lowering the requirements. But at the same time for people that are stressed out with the amount of credits, its helpful,” stated Vincent.

Summervilles play production of High school Musical are underway. Isis Shavers (10), Jasmine Sweet (11), Kai Pradenas (12), Ezra Brannon (9) , Ben Diamond (10), Owen Bartholow (12), Kaleah Caudillo (11), Dylan OShea (12), Landon Bohen (9), and Kelly Plaisted (11) all dance to one of the songs. So far its running really smoothly and Im pretty happy with how its turning out. I think its gonna be a really good play, Bettencourt said.

The Summerville Union High office was swamped with schedule change requests this 2023-2024 school year. Some students did not have enough classes and needed to go into the office to add to their schedule, which could result in adding classes that were not what the students had intended. I was missing a third period my first day and then they put me in piano class reported Sienna Soto.
